Paris was arrest and sentenced to 45 days in prison for violating her probation by driving on a suspended license.Paris defense was that her former rep Elliot Mintz had told her that her license had only been suspended for 30 days and that she can still drive for work related matters but it wasnt convincing the judge.But an insider says that paris will only have to surver 22 days.I guess will see what happeneds and if she will last that long.Paris,26, who is due to report to Century Regional Detention Facility by june 5.And with her passport being confiscated,Paris sentence is “inappropriate and ludicrous,”and plans to appeal.So will she actually serve time?Paris chances of overtuning the judges ruling are “slim to none”.An appeal would mean she would post bond and the sentence would be stayed pending the outcome of the appeal.Which could take less than a year.
