I’ll stop loving you
when tears never fall
and birds never fly
winter never ends
and children never cry
when nights are not dark
and days are not light
when forever finally ends
and eyes have no sight
when ears cannon hear
and grass never grows
when silence is too loud
and a genius never knows
when dreams aren’t dreampt
and flowers never bloom
when hearts can’t be broken
and eternity is too soon

and a fact is not true
when life can’t be lived
and the sky is not blue

and the false becomes real

when rainbows have no color

when these things finally happen
if they all finally come true
