Brittany, I don’t know if you will read this…but, it is important that you know that other mothers understand that you are going through too much it seems. I had trouble sleeping, people took advantage of me, and used me, when I was most vunerable. Not one person was really understanding…not even today. I used to drive all night, and met so many wrong people. Being at home was a constant reminder of the love lost in my life.
Love yourself Britney and you have to shut people out of your life.
Talk to your kids, and downsize a bit. Take some internet college classes…I don’t know how to make you understand that feeling the world is wrong and you are right during hard times is completely rational. However, keep in within your household. I got drunk at home and sang kareoke…I slept during the day and arose at night…although for you that isn’t working…I am so sorry about what you are going through. Going to church helped somewhat…I realized I was invisible there…oddly. But, I sang my heart out and cried and people prayed with me. I found comfort eventually that strangers had compassion on me, and some churches have awesome meals, and there is always divorce recovery…more feell-crazier people there than you…makes you feel better. LOL Speaking of myself too…You’ll be fine. I am finally seeing that you are so human and need love like anyone else…it’s so hard to find. Keep your chin up. Try to stay strong. I pray you won’t give up.

Brittany is not crazy. May not even be bi-polar. Even if she is, big deal. Millions are & w/ proper Rx are fine. She may just simply be living in postpartum & doesn’t know how to deal w/ it. Dont minimize postpartum if you’ve never been there!! Regardless. ..

I can’t imagine not even being able to sit outside alone w/ my dog privately. Ever heard of. . . the power of prayer? Stop casting stones & do something about it… pray! She is & always has been human like anyone else w/ real problems exaggerated by fame. I hope & pray she finds her way thru this & comes back stronger & better because of it!

Gotta have faith people. What’s wrong w/ us today? We thrive on negativity & gloat @ someone elses hardships in life. This is such a sad time we live in now a days. It’s not the world that’s gone nuts, it’s the people in it! It takes a real special person to cast stones & kick others when their down doesn’t it?

My husband & I are raising our two children in this mess of a world we live in… God help us all!

If you are disappointed in UCLA violating Britney Spears medical confidentiality – send them an emal and tell them. They need a wake up call.
